The client wanted a section of the garden to be levelled off, a large reclaimed railway sleeper to be built as well as the original patio to be extended. The idea being to extend the patio area along the back and side of the house then up to the top of the garden with steps as this area gets all the sun, the garden shelter will house a relaxed seating area, the shelter is topped with a bespoke bronze tinted polycarbonate roof. The hardwood sleepers are reclaimed from the European rail network.
