The client’s large garden was overgrown and some areas were unusable, the brief was to follow the plans they had drawn up and make the garden much more usable for their children and dogs, ripping out the old garden and replacing it with new turf. Also included in the new design was a new much larger patio area to replace the decking where the adults could relax under a metal louvred pergola. The tired outdated patio slabs were replaced with a much more modern contemporary slab and the area was extended. An oak retaining wall was built with integrated steps up to the new area, and lighting was installed.
